When Troy messaged me about the idea for his Grand Rapids proposal to his girlfriend, Gabriella, I was so excited! I had so much fun suggesting areas around downtown Grand Rapids I think would be good, and we decided on the Ah-Nab-Awen Park which is located right across the river from the Amway Grand Hotel.
Troy got down on one knee on a July evening and Gabriella said YES! After giving them several moments alone to take in the moment, we stayed right along the Grand River downtown to capture additional photos. After that, we headed over to Founders Brewing Company since they love draft beer.
I decided to do something different and showcase their proposal photos in black and white! I am beyond excited to photograph their wedding this September at Waldenwoods Banquet and Conference Center. Congratulations to Troy and Gabriella!
