What are my favorite locations in Lansing for photos?
Michigan Capitol Building
The architecture of the Michigan Capitol building takes your breath away. The European architecture and the grand size of the building creates the perfect backdrop, 365 days a year. The street parking around the building is also convenient, which is an added bonus! By far my favorite photo location in Lansing!
Frances Park
A gorgeous rose garden, river overlook and beautiful stone stairways and architecture are just a few reasons I love Frances Park! I would highly recommend doing your photos here in the summer when the roses and greenery are in full bloom. Less than 30 minutes from MSU, Frances Park is a great location for engagement and wedding photos!
Horticulture Gardens
Again, a great location for summer engagement and wedding photos! Roses in full bloom, paved pathways and beautiful green trees create a beautiful naturalistic backdrop for you.
