Gorgeous weather, beautiful sunset and the sweetest couple – what more could I ask for?!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Brad since the good ole college days. I actually photographed him for a couple years as a basketball player at Northwood University, where we both were students! I got to meet his beautiful fiance, Makenzie, right before the engagement session. She is so beautiful inside and out, and I am so happy these two found each other!
We started the engagement session with hair and makeup styling by RoseHand Art & Co. After hair and makeup, we traveled to one of my favorite locations, Millennium Park, near downtown Grand Rapids. We spent the evening walking around the park and finding the perfect spots where the sun shined through beautifully.
I’m so obsessed with the sun in these photos and the romantic glow it added to the pictures! Makenzie and Brad are getting married next year in August and I can’t wait to be a part of their big day!
